Standard Commission Process

1. Submit a commission form through the ORDER FORM link when available.Note: If you want to lean towards a certain palette (e.g. warm vs cool), want certain poses, etc.,
be sure to include that with your refs! Including more info helps with the drawing process. You're also welcome to link my own work if you want a specific vibe from my previous work.
2. If your form and provided references are approved of, I will send an email asking for confirmation and more information as needed, officially accepting your form. I will also send a price point for the commission.3. A rough first draft will be sent to go over any changes for pose, expression, composition, etc.
before another draft is sent unless the first is approved of.
Backgrounds are usually left white or given a simple border. Please ask during the drafting stage or have it in your form if you'd like a solid or simple background.
You may cancel the commission before or when you receive the first draft. Please do not ask for revisions after the first draft if you plan on cancelling when the draft is finished.4. When the rough draft is approved of, you will be sent an invoice via Paypal/email.
Please make sure to read the Terms of Service. Payments are non-refundable.
5. Once full payment has been received, I will continue work on your commission.
Update emails will be sent as progress is made, as needed or requested.
6. The final artwork will be sent to your provided contact email.

Emote Commission Process

Please make sure to read the Terms of Service. Payments are non-refundable.
3. Once full payment has been recieved, I will start working on your commission.4. Sketches of the emotes will be sent for changes and approval. Once the sketch has been fully approved of, revisions aside from minor color changes will NOT BE accepted.
Please make sure you are happy with the sketch before approving.
5. Update emails will be sent as progress is made, as needed or requested.6. The final artwork will be sent to your provided contact (email/discord) in a shared folder.Pricing: If ordering in batches for standard emotes, charge will be based on total and type of batches.
e.g. A batch of 8 emotes will cost 195usd (5+3) , and a batch of 13 emotes will cost 315usd (5+5+3).
Animated emotes have a separate charging fee.

Terms of Service

- I have the right to reject a form if I believe that I do not have the skills for it, ignores my list of what I will not draw, or if I find the references provided (image or description) to not be enough to work with. You will be notified if I accept or reject your form.
- If you request priority on a commission for any reason (e.g. holidays), an extra priority fee will be charged accordingly. Please allow 3 weeks minimum for short-notice commissions.
- Commissions are created solely for the client and may only be used for non-commercial purposes unless stated otherwise. My work may NOT be used as NFTs or for any form of crypto-currency. Breaking this condition will lead to blacklisting from all commissions.
- Emotes MAY be used for profit in the form of subscriptions.
- Emotes MAY NOT be resold to a third party, printed, or sold as merchandise.
- Payments are made through Paypal invoice only. Please check your email (that you used to contact me / wrote in your form) when making a payment. You do not need a Paypal account, and can pay using a valid credit or debit card.
- I will not work on emotes or past the drafting stage if you have not paid.
- Commissions can be cancelled by either party if payment has not been made.
- Payments are non-refundable.
- I normally share/post my commissions publicly unless you opt out in the form. If you share the commission to other platforms or use it as a pfp, banner, or video/streaming asset, please credit back to goshushin.

FAQ

- What are you not willing to draw?
I will not draw real people, NSFW (includes undergarments), gore, overly complicated armor, and mecha (unless it's a ko-fi doodle or personal approval). I am a strictly SFW artist.
Multi-character/group commissions are limited to THREE characters maximum.
If you are commissioning a raid static piece, please e-mail me directly instead when commissions are open.
-What can you draw?
I mostly draw anime/cartoon style, and can work with both cutesy and rough styles. I work best with brighter palettes, but will try my best to accommodate characters with dark/black color palettes.
With proper references, animals and hrothgars are okay.
- Why is the cost of my commission more than the listed price?
Listed prices are BASE prices. Extra charges can be applied for any of the following reasons: your commission involves drawing characters with many details or complicated armor, you have props, additional characters, want a detailed background, or you requested a deadline.
- What is considered a background/prop vs an additional character?
Any humanoid character that requires me to draw another waist-up or fullbody is considered an additional character. Props can range from pets, complex weapons, furniture, anything that supports the character.
- I don't have a Paypal! What do I do?
You can pay Paypal invoices without a PayPal account (will require payment with debit/credit card).
- How long will it take to finish my commission?
Rough drafts for sketch commissions generally take 1-2 weeks, and another 2-5 weeks to finish after approval depending on details. Emotes depend on batch volume and client cooperation.
- Can I request edits after my commission is completed?
You may request minor color edits. Please do not ask for pose or expression changes, or design overhauls. That is what the drafting and working stage is for.
- What are deciding factors on whether or not my form gets accepted?
If I find a design to be too complex, believe I cannot fulfill the request as the client envisions, the character is in skimpy or borderline nsfw attire, ignores my list of what I will not draw, or your description is incoherent, your form will not be accepted.
Forms with some description and good-quality reference images in their portfolios are more likely to be accepted over forms with poor references and/or purely written descriptions. Quantity is not a factor. I may ask the client if they can add more references or fix certain references (e.g. in-game screenshots) before accepting.
Here are sample portfolios/references that I'm likely to accept: 1 / 2
- Can I ask for WIP updates?
Yes! Please do not expect an immediate reply or an image reply if no progress has been made since the last message exchange. IRL happens and can delay work progression. I typically send messages if I need client input or when I've finished a major step in progression.
- Will my commission be posted publicly?
The submission form has a question to opt-out of having your commission be posted or worked on stream if you wish to have it remain private.
- I can't afford a commission, is there another way to support you?
Yes there is! You can request a small doodle if you donate to my ko-fi. Just make sure to leave a message and a way to contact you (email/@) with your donation.
- Anything else I should know?
I have chronic wrist and back pain, and also work a part-time job while taking care of my family. I try my best to work on commissions in a timely matter, but please be understanding that IRL issues and my own health take precedent.
